DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit of $15 is required no matter the time of service or cancellation. The deposit goes towards the total.

CONFIRMATION
The appointment confirmation text will be sent 24 hours before our scheduled appointment. The remaining balance will be due on the day of appointment via CASH, ZELLE, or CASHAPP.

RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling is accepted only if you contact ENDORSED BEAUTY. Based on your situation, your deposit may be counted towards your next appointment. PLEASE NOTIFY NO LATER THAN ONE HOUR IN ADVANCE.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed if an appointment is cancelled by ENDORSED BEAUTY.

LATE FEE
Late fees are $15 up to 15 minutes. $25 after 15 minutes. On busy days appointments will be cancelled after 15 minutes. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF MY TIME AND THAT OF OTHER CLIENTS.

CANCELLATIONS
Remainder of service is due upon if canceled less than 24 hours prior to appointments and
no-call-no-show. All cards will be charged for remainder of service. NO SAME DAY CANCELLATION.
